ISABELA CITY, Sept. 21 (PIA) - The Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin M. Andanar assured the continuity and sustainability of all the programs and projects implemented under the administration of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
During his radio interview in Vamos Jovenes radio program at DXNO Radyo Komunidad this morning, Sec. Andanar enumerated some remarkable accomplishments being implemented since 2016 when PRRD assumed his Presidency. Some of these programs are support to education, health, free access to internet, irrigation, social services, anti-criminality, anti-corruption, infrastructure under the Build Build Build program and the passage of Bangsamoro Organic Law.
He stressed that through the Bangsamoro Organic Law, the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao was established and this has contributed to the attainment of peace and development.
With all the projects implemented Secretary Andanar assured the public for its sustainability.
"Most of the projects that we have in the country are projects na nandiyan sa GAA or General Appropriations Act, so meaning kahit anong gawin ng susunod na administrasyon talagang masusunod po ito at maipagpapatuloy," Sec. Andanar stressed.
He further emphasized that new laws and policies must be provided to our kababayan in order to have complete information and are able to avail of government services and programs. With this, the PCOO launched the Duterte Legacy Campaign as one way to communicate to the public.
The Duterte Legacy is a communication program spearheaded by the PCOO to highlight achievements of Duterte administration which aims to provide comfortable life for all. (RVC/NDR/PIA Basilan)
