PNP, gov’t offices hold Barangayanihan Caravan in City Mall-Zambo

ZAMBOANGA CITY, October 8 (PIA) – The Philippine National Police (PNP) Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO) in partnership with other government offices here conducted the Barangayanihan Caravan: Towards National Recovery in City Mall here, offering an assortment of government services to the mallgoers there. 

Services that were made available there today are police clearance, information on Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) scholarship programs, on the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Bigay Trabaho Program, programs of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

Earlier, Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin Andanar said “the Barangayanihan Caravan is an off-shoot of the Duterte Legacy Campaign, which promotes different services of government to the people for increased awareness, highlighting the accomplishments of the Duterte Administration”. This Caravan was launched last week in select provinces and cities nationwide and is expected to be rolled out in different areas all over the country. (EDT/DIS/PIA9-Zamboanga City)
