The EO also requires all eligible government and private sector employees to be vaccinated for purpose of onsite work, or undergo RT-PCR test every fourteen (14) days at their own expense if they remain unvaccinated.

Only vaccinated individuals or those with negative RT-PCR test result taken within the last 14days may operate or drive public transportation vehicles.  Commuters also share the same requirements.

The E.O also stipulates a “no vaccination, no entry policy in all establishments”, weather government or public. Only vaccinated individuals will be allowed entry and to transact with government and private establishments including public markets, or present a negative RT-PCR test result taken within the last fourteen (14) days if unvaccinated.

The EO also states that only those who have completed at least 14 days from date of administration or inoculation of the second dose are considered fully vaccinated. (RVC/JPA/Zamboanga Sibugay)
